Sorry i posted twice as i wrote something wrong.
Instead of without fair on their family member i wrote with fair.

@Navaro2 Just mention lounes judgment On 14 November 2017 dual nationality. Lounes judgment has determined by High court on 25 April. 2018. One more thing that Home office accepted to amend the regulations 2016. You don't have to go through all points in details. Good luck and please keep us updated...

They should reply on 23 of April but they amended to 22 of May this month.
I think we might find out how caseworker will work on cases like lounes.
