Re: Moldovan/Romanian Issue

All Romanian citizens can and should have one. She should get one.

To enter Britain (or any EU state) she doesn't need anything bar prove her ID by any means by the way.

She said no, she doesn't think she can get one as she isn't a resident of Romania & would need residence there?

Re: Moldovan/Romanian Issue

Does she not have a Romanian ID card? My girlfriend is from Moldova and holds dual nationality - Romanian/Moldovan. She works in the UK as an EU national (Romanian Citizenship) and traveled here on her valid EU passport. 1) She was married in Moldova to a US citizen, who have since separated (not di...

Re: Entry ban

I repeat: You may not even have a ban and even if you do it may be possible to have it lifted because you are the family member of an EU citizen and you have rights. To get the information they have about you in the SIS database it is enough to contact an EU embassy and ask for it. I highly suggest ...

Re: overstay and entry ban in eu

Find the website of the embassy of the country you want to visit. Find their emaill address or the contact form and try contacting them. If not you can also try by sending a letter. Schengen countires have common Database SiS. If your name is not in that list it means you are not banned. How can I m...

Re: Entry ban

Check with a Schengen state the information about you in the SIS system. You might not even have a ban. Also contact a lawyer in the country. If you can prove your history, you might unlift the ban. And easiest way to join your spouse is if she moves to another EU state and you join her under EU dir...

Re: Information on family reunification visa Spain, joining and Eu citizen

It is a very good idea. It will be a lot more simpler and the visa you get in advance does not matter. What matters is that you enter. Once entered, you have to follow the same process. And yes, Spanish authorities might cause issues but you will have to accept it. At the end once you are there you ...

Re: Non-EEU RC holder travel to Spain with EEU spouse

Your Chinese wife does need a Schengen visa. You can apply under the EU directive 2004/38/EC which allows you to get the visa with minimum documentation free of charge since you are an EU citizen who has the right to freely move between states and your family (wife) should be able to do the same by ...

It does. You don't seem to be willing to understand. Foreign missions have 2 weeks + you can apply up to 3 months in advance means that you can ask to apply on any date you want (travel date + 90 day period) but foreign missions do not have to issue you a visa before less than 2 weeks (application d...
