Re: Non-EU marriage with expired passport

Sorry but what is the question here? I am writing on behalf of someone else. My friend was brought to Spain (via the Netherlands) on a sponsored visitor visa almost 3 years ago. My friend has not been working and has been supported by the sponsor of their visitor visa. They have decided to marry now...

Re: Two 15 year old misdemeanors?

This stuff happened a long time ago. I don't see why you shouldn't be treated like anyone else with a "clean" record. As a highly skilled worker I highly urge you to go to Germany. Administrative processes work really well, they apply the law, they seek technical people, they are welcoming and life ...

Re: Schengen visa application less than 15 days before travel

It does. You don't seem to be willing to understand. Foreign missions have 2 weeks + you can apply up to 3 months in advance means that you can ask to apply on any date you want (travel date + 90 day period) but foreign missions do not have to issue you a visa before less than 2 weeks (application d...

Re: Schengen visa application less than 15 days before travel

You can apply up to 3 months in advance like everybody else. Foreign missions have up to 2 weeks to consider EU fam. members' applications. In theory, if I'm a EU citizen and my husband is non-EU and we would like to have a travel visa for him to some country other than my national country (EU famil...

Re: Husband on spouse visa and wanting to have holidays to Europe

You need a Schengen visa. If the visa is valid, you can travel to Sweden (or anywhere else in the Schengen zone) You can apply up to 90 days in advance of your planned travel date. Here is the web page of Greek mission in London: https://www.mfa.gr/uk/en/visa.html?mission=lon You can contact the emb...

Train, car, bus, or on foot. Make sure to have your EU family member and a document proving your relationship with you in case you are asked. You are unlikely to be allowed to board a plane without an RC. So how im going to travel me and my wife with invalid card? . Because we want to go in Spain fo...

Re: Swedish Citizen moving to other EU Country for Work, Bring Non-EU Spouse and live together

If you relocated to Sweden you have to stay in Sweden. Technically you can travel with your wife in Schengen. Your NL residence card is technically invalid since you are not living in NL. Re: Family visa Applied under directive 2004/38/ever

Your husband doesn't need a job in advance. But if he had a job offer + temporary accommodation, it would make things a lot more straightforward. If we will get settled in any EU country then probably not. But if the case is back to UK, then what will you suggest? Because brexit is arriving. please ...

AIRE is for things like voting in elections whilst abroad.
If your Italian spouse moves abroad (eg, the UK) they should register.

Re: Visa at the LAND border for EU family member

You will be kept at the border for many hours while they do their checks and your visa will be valid least amount of time possible. They can also refuse you and turn you around. You will also be asked and probably required to prove why you haven't gotten a visa in advance. Border agents are not stup...

You are a UK / EU citizen. You will be travelling to another EU state that is not your own. This means you will exercise your rights as defined in article 2004/38/EC. Which means your family members can travel with you and enjoy the same freedoms. Which also means that they get to benefit from a hig...

1) They might ask your Indian marriage certificate to be apostilled. It would be very useful for you if your partner registered the marriage in France via the French embassy in wherever you are in India. 2) Check this page out. It explains you everything to get your residence permit in Berlin: https...

I know it is not what you want but what you want is very subjective and won't help you. Issuance of a multi entry visa highly depends on circumstances such as location of application, purpose of visit, family ties.
