The main applicant can also apply first using priority or premium and once he gets the visa, dependants apply normally. My question is, can we make two separate applications at the ...

Anyway, once your contract ended in NOV 2016, the hospital should inform the HO that you are not employed, but it seems that they didn't do so, as they are going to employ y...

Re: Cooling-off period 12 months under Tier 2 general rules

Hello, Could you please advise me on my situation. I had a 3 years Tier-2 intercompany visa (2015-2018) that expired in the middle of 2018. So I returned back to my home country but no longer work for the company that sponsored me (mutual termination). After 12 months of so called "cooling off" per...

Hi I am trying to fill an AN Application Form but I seem to have lost my biometric receipt which was supposed to have my number. I did it at the post office and thought that was it. This when applying for permanent residency back in 2012. How do I find out about my biometric details? You are EU cit...

Re: Housing Benefit received as a couple, and partner ILR application

Ideally your partner has recourse the public fund because she was included in the housing benefit. In this case, you have to confirm with your local council that actually taken your partner out of the equation the housing benefit you receive would be the same as you apply with kids alone. If this is...

Re: Returning Resident refusal - Any more options?

You can save money, this is impossible to success as the letter also explained very clearly.

If your daughter is under 18, she can still join you by dependent visa, however your wife has to join you together as well.

Re: How to answer Q 5.4 in SET (O)

This question is asking if your family receive money from someone else, other than employment. You give your wife money doesn't count. If your wife is not working, you need to provide your payslip/ p60, or any income source of your family, to make the HO satisfy that your wife won't be relied on be...
