Re: Proof of residency for Non-EU citizen married with EU citizen(No UK entry stamps)

Hi All me again, I've seen people saying that your passport is your proof of residency if you are non-EU, but as a family member of EU citizen, so for the past 5 years every time I left and entered the UK my passport was never stamped because of my residency visas. The only stamp I have is when I f...

Re: How to surrender british passport and regain ILR

It is impossible to renounce the UK citizenship and regain ILR immediately. Most countries take their citizenship very seriously. In the UK, you can renounce but not guarantee you can get it back in the future.

you can appeal for sure. but as what I said, the HO should just hold the decision but not reject, if your company is just under investigation but not concluded.

You don't need to fill in but just have a cover letter explain this in this case.

In this case your ILR application is on hold not rejected. Once your company get the license back, you should be able to be granted ILR. They HO won't decide your ILR until the result of your company.

Your CoS should state the start date, you can work with new employer from the start date if the VISA approved, you don't need to wait for the BRP.

Re: IHS Top-up Payment after Visa Approval

You shouldn't have any problem to enter the UK as you have vignette in your passport.

Print your email with you so just in case being asked, you can provide them.

Depends on your future plan, actually you may save money because the IHS surcharge has been proposed to be doubled this year.
