Re: Set (M) application, haven't sent photocopies of documents

it doesn't matter, no worries. you won't be rejected just because you didn't send photocopy. They can only accept or refuse by following protocols, no photocopies of documents definitely not in the list.

Re: complaint to Home Office

although the english requirement is mandatory, I don't think this is justified to take such huge amount of money just simply because one single document is not qualified. They should only take the administrative cost.... the money they are taken is life-changing for many family.... we are not in the...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR salary requirements

My quote from the rules still apply then, bonus excluded unless guarantee as part of salary package and this would have to have been stated in your CoS. Can you ask for promotion and earn >35500+ basic salary thus fit the salary requirement? CR001 is correct and bonus is not guarantee income thus w...

Re: Query about ILR eligibility

No. You cannot apply on march 2019, because you didn't have 5 years continuous, you have break from 20 July- 6 Sep 2015. You reapply your visa outside the UK more than 28 days, likely the HO would not give discretion as your break cannot be disregard. the same also for 10 years route. You can apply ...

Re: Can I apply for ILR prior to 5 years?

Hello My husband has almost completed his five years UK residency on a spouse/unmarried partner visa. We want to apply via the same day appointment service, but I am unsure when we can do this. His initial spouse visa was granted on 15/05/2013. This was then renewed and expires on 15/05/2018. This ...

Re: Big changes to continuous residence rule for ILR applicants under PBS

Yes, subtle but not minor for someone effected. Previously, if you had more than 6 months in a 12 month period, you can plan when to apply for ILR to ensure that the period gets split over two years. Now you can't, you will have to wait longer before you apply. Wait? If you are under Tier 2, the ma...

Re: Renting Property from Housing association and ILR

If you are not getting your house rented through local council, it would not be treated as access to public funds. As you deal with it directly to housing association, this would not be treated as access to public fund. I also searched this before I bought my shared ownership flat, as this is also s...
