I posting on behalf of my friend :
2 sisters , both of them asylum seekers and they have done their second interview October last year and they waiting for decision now .
Can they apply for work permission now until they receive the HO decision on their case ?

Hello guys ,
My friend EEA had her appointment for BC application on 22/08 , today she received the approval letter from the home office dated in 28/08 !!! 6 working days only ... unbelievable

I was overstay for 5 months and 9 days , I applied for BC and received questioner I answer them , after I sent the reply I got my BC approved within one month and I am british now since 18 month
So no worry you should be safe

Hi, I've applied being self-employed. I've printed all my self-assessments, but it would be good if she could also use like council tax bills, or letters from the HMRC or NHS.
