I haven’t received email but tracking system shows they have sent me email because my application was completed due to verification of birth cert. I had chat with them and according to them they will send me letter in this regard.Any one has an idea when they will return fee and when we can reapply.

Can't be true.
Every birth cert issued from Pakistan has a link unique to that cert and can be validated on a single click.
You may find your one on the right bottom .

Thank u for reply Mal111, u mean they may can take more 15 months to get approvel from the Minister. Although they have already taken 15 months to reach this stage. What i can do to short this period.

INIS told me your application have been prepared for submission to Minister.
