Well this would be additional income from a second job. We will provide six months bank statements from his older job. The income from the older job covers all expnses. In kazza's case, 11 months absences exceed 6 months by 5 months, will s/he need to wait for another several years to complete a qualifed 5 year round or just wait for another 5 months compensate the excess? There are so many members in this ...

It has to be obviously rejectable for them to do so quickly.
Normally, they sit on it to see if the issues resolve themselves which doesn't help you since you never know what is holding them up.

one other tidbit... i'm always going on holidays, and they always ask "how long have you been away for?" when you return. i asked one immigration officer at the airport why they ask that, and the reply was: "if you are out of the country for more than 2 months, your hsmp visa will become invalid" i...

So I have my T1 application completed I got a 90 out of 75! But there is this little problem about showing the £800... Spock, do you mean they actually neutralized people in the UK during the 21st century? How barbaric! I am so glad we have evolved as a race.

I am going to respectfully "disagree" with SYH. In my own experience with the BIA, I always go back to the actual caseworking instructions that are available for download at the BIA website. I dont really agree with what Wanderer said , if emotional ties are so strong why not go back home? That is a cruel and non-human rights statement. In uk, there is a law of human rights. U cant ask someone to migrate when problems arise. DOC123 said she is a British now, uk is her home init? Where ...

I am not sure what you are saying.
If your average is 800 pounds for the last 3 months, then I don't see a problem. Now as you have dependents, I thought you had to have more than 800 on average but that may have been the previous setup.

Probably 2009, but as "probationary citizenship" is simply an immigration status rather than a form of citizenship, it would be highly irresponsible for the Government to persist with using this term. Why? Because if they use the word "citizenship" then they are going to have problems returning dep...

I bet you the actual decision to grant the work permit takes no more than 5 minutes to make. Your application more than likely sits in someone's "Inbox" for 5 months until eventually they get so sick and tired of looking at it, they finally get round to processing it. Yep, i can attest to that. Hav...
