Re: UK spouse visa 2nd job

Did you apply under category a? They wouldn't just make assumptions on google search and reject. They will call you and then call your employer to confirm the changes and might ask documentation too. Does homeoffice has up to date contact details to contact your employer? If not, you should update t...

Re: Minimum Financial requirement, Help please!

I don't think you will fall under category A if you are not earning the required wages through one major job. However, category B allows to combine more than 1 jobs for which you firstly need to have earned £18600 during the last 12 months/52 weeks and secondly must have earned at least £9300 durin...

Re: Financial Requirement £18,600

SO the correct answer to my question (Is it compulsory to show 6 months payslips ?) is NO. According to the guidance, If someone is employed with salary more than GBP 18,600 AND has already earned gross 18600 BEFORE the date of application (within last 12 months), they need not wait for 6 months or...

Re: Financial Requirement £18,600

Yes, you need to show 6 recent playslips from same employer to go to category a, else you can go to category b where you take average of your 1 year earnings. Was your parter working throughout the year, as you need to show 1 year employment with average 18600 or above. This is what I think as I am ...

Re: Council tax question

I have same question, I moved at my address in 2011 and was claiming 25% single person discount, my wife (then girlfriend) moved at my address in 2014 and since I was paying by direct debit, I never added her name on council tax or made any changes, it remained as usual since 2011. I am going to mak...

Re: Appeal or Reapply help!!!!

Either sit in a home office approved tests (quickest way) or wait for the completion of your degree (probably will take longer). No way around mate.

used local GP, do I owe money to NHS?

I used GP last month and do not have a valid leave(my file was in home office that time which was later refused), I paid for prescription, not for GP services (If I had to), I was not asked to pay or no bill sent to me. I am going back next month to apply entry clearance on spouse from outside UK, w...

Re: Getting Passport and ID back after successful application.

Ask home office if they have it or it's lost, If they have it, they should return, if lost ask them in writing and file a lost passport polic complaint, apply new passport. You can apply a new passport 6 month before expiry(depending on your country) but you still need to sort out your old (existing...

My spouse visa refused in UK 2 weeks ago for under paragraph 353 and overstaying for 117 days back in 2016 (My solicitor gave me wrong advice in writing, I have email) and I am thinking of going back and apply from Pakistan. Re: Overstayed Spouse visa refused in UK, URGENT help required

I was given the right of appeal for FLR fp refusal in 2017 which I didn't avail and went for spouse visa application instead as I got married before the refusal but no right of appeal this time, however they have given a long reason for not allowing right of appeal this time.

Overstayed Spouse visa refused in UK, URGENT help required

I was already in a year relationship with my girlfriend (now wife), I went to a local solicitor he suggested me in w...
