Thanks zimba88, so after Feb'20 my company can extend sponsorship/COS further doing RLMT etc.? In other words Tier 2 General visa guys can work without ILR as long as they have Company sponsorship??

Hi Guys

What will happen if ILR application gets refused in May'18 (due to whatever reasons- like absence >180 days in 12 months) but Tier2 General visa (work permit) valid till Feb'20. I believe I can work till Feb'20 in UK as both ILR & Tier 2 Visa are delinked?
