my td sent an email to them and they've confirmed 'about to be submitted to the minister', so chilling with some hope. Any chance the approvals can come by July?
Hey guys, Called again today, the lady told me the application is complete and it’s in the final stage now. Since last week they’ve told me it’s been in the second stage I’ve triple confirmed with her it’s not now. She said it’s either already submitted or about to be submitted to the minister. So g...
my solicitor told me he has no problem to send a letter but also said we'd better not make empty threats of judicial review. :? i've also poked another td who is closer to my area, they seemed to submit the inquiry already. does anyone have an experience with INIS replies to TDs before and after FOI...
guys, I'm a bit confused. Just called them and the lady told me I will probably be included in the next ceremony later this year. I was like - is it approved? - she said - no, the first stage is finished, and once the 2nd stage is finished it will be submitted to the minister. I've asked what makes ...
I applied in early January 2017, with second-stage letter sent to me in July 2017; nothing since :( Emailed them a couple of weeks ago & got reply that my application is being prepared for submission to the Minister. Dont know how much long will it take now. exactly my story :( called them today, a...
They told me my case is with supervisor for the final checks, after which submission to the minister.
No idea how long the checks take nor ministers decision. She couldn’t confirm April ceremony for me.
Do you think it’s positive? Im waiting 25 months now
Don’t know if it’s any good news but the lady on the phone just told me that teh supervisors are doing final checks on my application at the moment to submit it to the minister later. Also don’t know what’s the timeframe for these checks and how fast it’s being submitted and how fast he makes his de...
no news from me, i've renewed eu4fam back in dec, if that was the delay reason i hope it will move some wheels with the naturalization. i reckon people will start getting letters in feb rather than in jan
i know, i mean the quoted scenario is not talking about naturalization, but since with naturalization approval i send the card to inis I think this scenario works as well. And i also think I can't apply for a re-entry visa while having card with me 'just in case', but I might check with the re-entry...
also on re-entry website: 'If you are not in possession of valid IRP/GNIB card due to first time renewal or late registration, you may apply for a re-entry visa without the card.' maybe this work for the naturalization case as well?
thanks for your replies!
i'm indeed on eu4fam and i haven't been approved with the naturalization yet, but assessing the troubles in the future now. So you'd say re-entry visa would work then even when i have a stamp and a card but tell them it's just in case?
cheers
they send the same templates in stage one and two, so unless you have a letter stating you're in stage two, you're in stage one, but then you can be in stage two for a while
Hey guys, can you advise me on the travel and visa options for a period between naturalization letter of approval is received and the ceremony? So say I have it approved, I send 950eur and my GNIB card, after this: -can I travel in and out of Ireland? (normally to board a plane TO Ireland the airlin...
