The certificates are released in batches. So hopefully next batch will be released soon. However, You should still send an email after 6 weeks to check status as mentioned in the faq. Check the email address on inis website. It’s different to the email address for citizenship query.

So looks like staff mistakes are common. My wife’s nationality was listed wrong that was disclosed by foi. I send them an email to update. I receive confirmation and approval soon after that.

I don’t see the point of this timeline as the law has been amended to end of May only. So all affidavits have to be issued by 31st May.

They have update the webpage. It now says there what to write in that column. I think it is cmu2

Approval letter says that the name should exactly be same as written in that letter. For any variation, you will have to contact INIS. There is no harm sending the photos as. Photos should be taken within six months. Now they may relax this condition for the period. But why risk further delays in case they request for it again later
