Do people on 10 year permanent residence EU3FAM still need to meet EUtR criteria ie Eu spouse in employment etc. Irp card says EUfam.

It won’t be a problem as the point of the address proofs is to confirm that you were resident in Ireland all through. You can explain the discrepancy in address in the cover later and confirm to them that it is one address.

British citizenship doesn’t lead to Irish passport. As she is 5 years in Ireland, she can apply for Irish naturalisation in her own right. You don’t need solicitor. You cannot do anything else if you have lost your passport. Send an explanation that you have lost the passport and send a copy of your British naturalisation certificate

It says on inis website that an alternative ceremony will be organised on or before 17th April. This is for the candidates who cannot travel due to virus. Hopefully some more people will be accommodated in that ceremony

I really doubt it was ever recorded. How can a copper justify stopping someone without valid licence and letting them go scotfree.
You can disclose without giving any info that you were stopped by police but no further action taken

U.K. and Ireland allow multi citizenships. You will need to check about Australian citizenship rules to check if they allow multi citizenship as well.

You need to have a bank account in republic to get a draft. You cannot walk-in with cash and take draft.
Check earlier posts, someone posted info on which banks do euro draft in north.

The letter sent in October clearly stated in case of no deal Brexit. Since no deal Brexit doesn’t seem possible now, same status will apply for transition period till Dec 2020. What happens after that depends on the agreements between U.K. and eu

No guesswork can prove it statistically. It will be based on when department wants and when it is logistically possible. Could be anytime between March and May.
