Re: ILR ????????????????? help

So, in anycase you will be applying for an extension isn't? i am worry if 5 years period starts from my arrival, then it means i have to apply again for another extension, after 3 years? or will qualify for ILR with 5...

Re: Entry clearence in to UK second time with out job

Well he didn't literally stop me, just acted as if he is more worried than UK immigration authorities. I had used it 5 months back and it wasn't the one used by all. As you enter in to Immigration hall in Heathrow, it is at left-end. In the centre, you have the common counters & towards far-right yo...

Even though it is called a PG Diploma, you spend 2 years studying it.

So I think duration of the course is more an important factor than what they call it.

Re: Anybody travelling in August...

I guess you are referring to 15/house. Sadly, it's true. There are places where 13 to 15 ppl share a 3 bedroom house/ flat. One can imagine how crowded that would be. Even those costs 100+/week/person. My advise for you would be to stay in a public hostel like YMCA etc for few weeks / months and the...

How then will the right hon. Gentleman fund his garden expenses? Congrats. For an extension, I think its only the economic circumstance which can change, so why dont home office simpliify the process of just asking for a bank statement and salary slip and grant the visa?? :). They unnecessarily make...

It appears that HO haven't yet collected my application packet from the PO Box. It's been 22 days since I sent it. The Royal Mail spl delivery tracker says, "Your item with reference SCxxxxxxxxGB has reached its PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery" I called up HO in the 0870 number and they s...

Summon, Complaint, deffered-payments etc are different from Default, conviction, Criminal offense... Don't confuse them & lose your sleep over it. You don't have to declare anything nor should you be guilty over anything. Period. Hi Kapoor/nksg/chetan, To be more presise these guys send me a letter ...

I wouldn't carry £4k as cash. Can you not convert them as Traveller's cheques? it would be much less riskier to carry them isn't?

Re: Entry clearence in to UK second time with out job

I think the problem is more with the Immigration officers in India (esp Mumbai) rather than UK, because over there they fail to understand the logic of "going to another country and searching for a job/ without a job"; I had to explain a great deal about HSMP & Immigration to them. Once you land in ...

It is not required but you may want to attach a spl delivery envelope and take the reference number. You can use this to track where your packet is currrently by using tracker in Post Office's website. In one case, HO had sent it but the post was mis-placed. Luckily, throught this ref they were able...

Hi, If ur friend really insists on authentic advice from specialists he/she can do a google search by typing in PBS Tier 1 Chennai India. Re: Maintenance funds For Tier 1

One country is not the criteria. It's £800 minimum on all days over the past 3 months + the liquidity. As with your question, it has to be looked in at a more detail level because 1) it would depend on how much you had at Country X & its Xchange rate over past 90days Vs GBP. 2) & Great deal of exp...
