Re: Tier 2 PBS dependant to ILR - required documents

Any advice anyone?

Worst case I will submit the additional docs as I feel appropriate but sometimes submitting over and beyond what required can open up unnecessary questions.

Re: SET(O) ILR Cohabitation documents and finances?

Hi,

Me and another member had the same questions in other posts but could not find answers from mod's and other members.

Is your dependant currently having a Tier 2 dependant visa?

Re: ILR - from PBS Dependent - Online application Documents requirements using UKVCAS

From what I gather in other posts, absences are not important for PBS dependants applying for ILR. I have just realised that my check list doesn't even require photos! My child is applying in the same application with my wife and it doesnt even ask for the birth certificate. How would they know she'...

Re: ILR - from PBS Dependent - Online application Documents requirements using UKVCAS

Hi Ashley

Have you got an answer to your question? I am wondering the same thing - the lack of support documents the online applications asks for.

I'm applying ILR for my wife under tier 2 dependant and it does not even ask for the marriage certificate, bank statements, cohabitation etc.

Tier 2 PBS dependant to ILR - required documents

I am about to submit the online application. Finding it a bit strange that only very few documents being asked to support the application namely:- - Passport - LITUK - Degree certificate - Biometric Residence Permit - Verification forms There is no mentioning of bank cohabitation evidence, payslips ...

Re: ILR Eligibility - Continuous period

I would tend to agree Valid from date is visa issued date to be used for calculating the continuous period.

I dont know how quick the new system is. From memory it can either be 1 working day or 10.

ILR application (Tier 2 dependant route) - not wearing passenger seatbelt fine

Hi all,

My wife is preparing for her ILR application as above. 3 years ago she had to pay a fine ~£60 (and watched a safety video) for not wearing the seat belt whilst in the passenger seat. Is this something she will need to declare in the application?

Thank you.

Re: PBS Dependant Counting ILR eligibility

Hi CR001, Is your answer based on the following in this guidance (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/indefinite-leave-to-remain-calculating-continuous-period-in-uk) ? Absences which will not break continuity in the continuous period This section tells you when absences will not break continu...

Re: Passport fee charged means citizenship application approved?

I have now received the registration certificate dated 16.10.2018 but passport has not arrived.

Is this normal ? as I see from other posts most other people receive both certificate and passport in 5 days max of each other. Do they send the passport through a secure service or just normall post?

Re: Passport fee charged means citizenship application approved?

Thank you for your comment.

The council did explain that and I understand. But what makes me wonder is why did the Passport Office not charge for the passport right at the start but only did it after a month following submission.

Passport fee charged means citizenship application approved?

Hi all, I applied for my child's BC just over 1 month ago with the following details:- Online MN1 form. Section 1(3) - born in the UK, parent received ILR recently. NDRS + JCAP. Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

I submitted the online form on day 5yr-28 days and my appointment is on day 5yr-10 days. I have heard abt the application date being the PSC appointment date but I wouldnt want to risk it. Both of my dates are within the -28 days. Overall I find my experience rather smooth. I find online application...

Photo in referees form for MN1 online application

I'm a little confused as the form/guide says write full name and DoB on the back of the photo. - who is it to write? The applicant or the referee? - is there any signature required? If so by who? - whats the point of writing on the back of photo and then gluing it onto the form? Who can see anything...

Online MN1 form - referees declaration

Hi all, Unlike the paper form which has boxes for referees to sign, the online form doesnt. So where on the printed online form do they sign? Or the referees need to type up seperate letters and declare by signing on those letters? If so I assume the letters will need to have all of their details as...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR Refused. Please help

Hi all,

How does one check whether his employer has paid sufficient tax? I have P60's for the last 5 years and I believe they have paid adequately but dont want any surprises during the ILR appointment. I have checked NI contributions from the gov website and confirmed fully paid.

Thanks Vinny. I have been following this sort of topic quite closely because I am in a similar situation.
