Re: Inviting parent on graduation ceremony

Hello The only "trick" I can give you is: document as much as possible their connections to their home country. Some examples: - They have dependents not travelling (children) - They have a property - They have jobs - They have a business - They have other family members... etc. As much as possible....

Re: Question about application reference number

1) Is the date of application the date the form is submitted or the date of her biometric appointment? Date of application is the date of application. Biometric appointment or other events are not going to changing anything to the date of the application. 2 - I don't see the number you are referrin...

Re: Non eu marriage breakdown

I don't why, it seems a classic question they ask at the border. My wife has a Settled Status and literally every time she lands at Heathrow, they ask the same questions: how come you have this status? Are you married? And sometimes: are you still with your husband/sponsor? These questions make no s...

Some information for you: - She needs to look into this list: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/skilled-worker-visa-eligible-occupations/skilled-worker-visa-eligible-occupations-and-codes and find her job title/occupation and its SOC code. These are eligible occupations that can potentially...

Ignore that one please. It's not relevant for immigration purposes.

It's given to all households connected to a supplier in the UK.

In this case, apply for a new ESTA.

Because the ESTA is associated with your passport. If you renew it, you need a new ESTA.

Re: Traffic Fines - Application Query

Hello A parking fine is not a fine. It's a bill. It's a bill resulting from using the parking outside its terms and conditions. Parking terms and conditions are not a law. If a shop displays "you can park here for 2 hours" and I stay 3 hours, I am not violating any law. I am merely overstaying their...

Hello These websites are poorly made. It seems they are made to offer poor user experience by design. Stop going there for a few hours. The more you insist, the longer you are blocked. Just give it a day or so. Then, go here: https://auth.visas-fr.tlscontact.com/auth/realms/atlas/login-actions/reset...

Re: Can we expect a visit from the Home Office

If you do everything by the book, you don't need to worry. Sometimes they check more but it's not always about the company, but it could be about the applicant. I am saying there is an issue with the applicant, but sometimes the Home Office decides to make further checks and that takes time. I have ...

I have seen both working. The most important things is that the letter contains all the information needed including the contact details of the person signing (email and phone number) Ideally try to get a hard copy on a nice headed paper. If not, the same in a digital format. Avoid simple text email...

Re: Bounce back Loan and Naturalisation

Hello

You didn't take any loan. The company did.

You don't mention limited companies stories, their ups, their downs... in a naturalisation application.

As long as things were cleared and you weren't charged in a court, it's just past story and doesn't affect you.

Re: Non eu marriage breakdown

Hello,

You have a Settled Status. It's like having a "permanent residence". That residence doesn't depend on you being married, having an employment or anything of that nature. You can stay in the UK on your own right married or not.

You don't need to inform the Home Office.

Re: USA visa cancelled and moving to UK related query

Hello The cancelation of the US student visa in itself, is not going to prevent you from getting a Skilled Worker visa in the UK. However, why was your student visa cancelled? If it was cancelled because you wasn't attending school or stopped paying tuition fees, that's not a big deal. But it if was...

From that point, you don't engage or talk to the Home Office anymore.

Book the ceremony with your local authorities. At the conclusion of the ceremony, they will give you the citizenship certificate.

Could be the letter was lost of something. Could be also that they have the wrong email for you.

Go to the Council and take 2 forms of IDs with you. Your passport and driving license would do.

It should be fine once you get your decision. However, I don't know how unbearable your job is, but if you can wait to get that shiny plastic card in hand before resigning, that would be much better. In theory, I don't see any reason why you cannot resign once you get your positive decision, but in ...
