Re: April 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

I was so calm when i sent my naturalization application but today's passport office news has blown my lid off  . I travel a lot for my job and at every "road works" where there is a ridiculous 50mph average speed camera, I see workmen sitting down, having coffee or one man digging and 3 watch...

Re: April 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

------Guess what------ On the evening of the date of application, I received a PCN(first time)(wrong date on the visitor's parking ticket) from Barnet Council. I appealed, got a letter saying they reject it. Someone said, I can argue in the "Notice to Owner" stage and will probably win. As the fine ...

Re: EEA 4 Refused : Lack of documents

All sounds absolutely normal straightforward case to me to be honest. I cannot think why would they raise a problem other than a "mistake".

Your case sounds like a textbook case nothing complicated about it. Apart from the documents u sent as some of them were not relevant.

Jambo knows his stuff. Have huge respect to for him. All I can think of is that you provided too much info which was not relevant to that. What jambo means is that was she getting paid normal wage? . He is just trying to establish if there is any reason they might have with her employment. Looks lik...

Re: EEA 4 Refused : Lack of documents

I think the letters are standard template letters . They probably tick boxes out of listed reasons and it automatically generates a letter from template and sends it to the applicant. The point is you cannot mix and match with what evidence u want to use. If you want to use the "5 years employment "...

Re: EEA 4 Refused : Lack of documents

Yup that happens. You providing them all this director information and bank statements etc etc might have given the impression that you want to apply on the basis of self employed etc... And following that process they might have requested the info they have requested. I know we all want to send the...

Re: EEA 4 Refused : Lack of documents

Well that shouldn't be a problem than. I think it might have been an mistake. Just get the payslips for that period and use that as evidence in addition to the p60 you have already submitted. As long as you have all the documentation don't think there should be a problem. You need to provide 5 years...

Re: british naturalization

Technically speaking if you have got the PR stamp then u need to wait 12 months after that PR stamp. If you didn't apply PR you could have applied for "naturalisation" via 5 years treaty tights exercised by EU national plus 12 months residence. = 6 years total. I applied myself for naturalisation on...

If you got the PR card you do not need to provide evidence of 5 year treaty rights as far as I understand. Wait for some senior to confirm. If that's the case email the NCS and ask them to re book the appointment free of charge and then send the application. I found the NCS people are not very upto ...
