Tricky situation. Do you have any documentation confirming your eea2 stamp. It's a tricky one because employers are very twichy about employing anyone who does not have 100% documentation. Rubina its a standard message confirming that you application has been delivered. the signature will be available on about 72 hours when the delivery man comes back to the Post office and connect his machine to network. Nope. when applying through NCS they will not accept any other Envelopes. Thanks Runie. Unfortunately none of the above you mentioned would convince the agent that I was resident in the UK... See my complaint email to the NCS which just went through. I am hoping to get at least a courtesy rebooking free of charge after all this hassle... I doubled checked with the nation...

Maybe you should write to the HO declaring this conviction before they find out when they come to processing your application. There is also the plus point that they'll process your application faster! Not sure its a good idea. But if the Op is going on a speed awareness course its not a conviction...

I think if its the first time u can avoid the prosecution and points by going on speed awareness course.
