Re: My mum visit visa was refused

As for the strong tie back home, I got my siblings back home, but they are adult no much questions about them in the application, as they only asked if anyone will follow in the trip to UK and she said No. I think you should have provided proof of these ties, that is what they are looking for. Woul...

Re: UK visitor visa - advise needed

Hi I believe that is a good start, maybe provide a family tree or family photos as well of extended family. Are they active members of any groups? i.e my father in law was the secretary at the local temple, and he got a letter from them. Most Visit Visa rejections have been on lack of ties to home c...

Re: Maintenance funds for visitor visa to parents

Research other posts by searching there are loads of people asking the same questions as you are. You need to show that your mother and brother also have ties to there home country, not just your father. Can you prove that your brother is getting a job? Showing the ECO that visitors will go back, is...

Re: UK Visitor visa rejected without any reason, what a stupi

@Prem, do you really reckon a photograph can prove this, I have a doubt about it. How would you justify, persons in the picture are real people, you cannot send them to the HC office to prove. Even why will they believe, they are related to you. I can have as many people as I want and as many pictu...

Re: UK Visitor visa rejected without any reason, what a stupi

I see exactly where you’re coming from, but providing Family Tree\Family Photos to me just added to the proof to show a truly genuine application, I can only sympathise with your situation. MIL, FIL I expected to get, but Sister in Law I had no hope for as she was 21, finished her degree and just do...

Family tree/Photos of the whole family that we took over the last few visits - this is what we provided and as Wanderer has said, ours was also a breeze.

Re: Standard Visitor Visa support

Seems pretty solid, where are your parents applying from in India? Also I wouldn't put down there coming to support you for the birth, say they are coming to celebrate the birth and take part in any ceromonies. Here is what I have put my in laws application: My Docs Sponsor Letter Passport Copies in...

Re: Visitor visa for my father - what are the chances?

There is no minimum/maximum limit to be eligible, you just have to convince\prove to the ECO that you meet the criteria and are genuine. Will you be financing the trip or your father? As I sponspored my in laws completely.

Good Luck! I hope its successful, you can track using http://www.bluedart.com just put your GWF reference in, numbers no letters, and if it begins with 0, don't include the 0. Change the option from waybill to ref no.

There are no set guides, it is up to you to provide the required supporting documents. I would say yes regarding the employment letter.
