Finally received my invitation to the Ceremony today (letter dated 03/04).

I got a reply yesterday after three days.

No invitation letter yet but I just got this email...

You are scheduled to attend the citizenship in the Killarney on 29/04/2019,
your invitation will issue shortly

Approvals are gone now... don’t think they will send any more of those with invitation and ceremony on the horizon.

I’d say any day now to receive our invitation letters...

It’s basically the second stage.

Checks with Garda, etc.

Can last anything from one month to four.

Got my approval letter yesterday (dated 19 March) / Applied in March 2018 / Second Letter in November 2018.

Usual wording: send fee, photos, etc. to be included in the next Ceremony.

You could be waiting 2 years as well as a few months... there's no timeline really even for straightforward application. For more info you should create your own post so we are not going off-topic on this one
