Re: E-Vetting Invitation & E-Vetting Process

They will not hold more ceremonies, you will be require to sign and take an oath at the office of a notary public or similair. Its kind of unfair that they started to process 2023 applications…. If they didnt do that the backlog of 21/22 could hv been cleared…. So their commitments are questionable…...

Its not a commitment…. As its says OUR EXPECTATION
so they are aiming for it, but it’s not guaranteed.

Re: E Vetting email today but unable to attend June cermoney

Its depends on the query, how fast they reply.
Have you used 1 and same email add for all applications? It could be that you will receive 1 email for vetting, as of duplicate email add?

Hi

You will get confirmation in a few weeks, the letter will have a kind of deadline date aswell, before that date they will process your application and you also might receive a temp permission (stamp 4)

In about 3-4 weeks you can expect an acknowledgement letter, with or without temp permission. Temp permission is upto them to issue.

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

I had started a different topic, but I was locked by the mod - who, by the way, assumed that the ceremony starts at 12pm, where indeed, it is the registration that does. Hence my question, as to whether arriving at 12:15pm for the 1p...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

Very valid question. I guess you handover the declaration after signing it at reception and then it might not be mandatory to participate in whole ceremony. But i have no proof or prior experience. Someone who has attended these sort of ceremonies can shed light on how it works Maybe someone who al...

My first thoughts were that he could only register for his section an hour before it started
I would suggest that would be for an in person part of the event.
Correct, that’s an hour before it.

Hi

Yes thats correct you are required to confirm them so that they now what numbers are attending…
The slot is full by now… as you said he is going on holidays anyway…. So he can contact them and let them know wished to be invited for the next one.
