Irish citizens They could say you do not have enough reckonable residency and you are not eligible. or They could suspend your application untill you provide new permission but very little chances. You can apply after three year if you get permission under zambrano but normally they don't approve.

Yes very close friend of mine, his child passport cancelled because his stamp revoked after Irish Passport was issued.

They are giving one year now a days, no idea why.

People got 2 year first visa, 3 year second visa and now they are giving one year but this time no fee.

Need some info, one of my Non EU friend living in UK more than 6 months.

They have granted residency in UK as parent of Irish citizen child last year.

Can they come back to Ireland under Surinder Singh Route ?

Its nothing to do with "freeking muslim state". Its EU treaty rights and your wife worked only 1 year and 7 months.

Many cases similar to your case in INIS and department first revoke EUFAM 4 then baby passport. Sorry to say but your case is not very strong.

Guy's.. do you have any idea (Even from solicitor view) that if the Department not considering change of stumps student under this scheme then how they get their permission back?
