My wait is also finally over :) I received my DCPR today against the application made on 25/06.

Timelines as below :

Application Sent on 25/06
Application received - 27/06
Confirmation received - 26/07
DCPR Issued : 24/10
DCPR received - 09/11

I am waiting. I sent my application on 25/06. I saw two confirmations FOR one application sent in July and other one sent in Sept received DCPR.

I meant to ask Irish Citizens don't require Residency Certificate for applying for UK Citizenship ? I checked with few of the Solicitors and everyone is of the view that Irish also need Residency Certificate.

Just checked AN_Booklet and AN_guide which categories Irish citizens under EEA requirements and requires to submit Residency. How to provide that it is not required ? Thanks for the response. I am hoping that Passport Card (original) sent along with my application will be sufficient. As per application form, any national card would be sufficient. Will keep you updated.

I understand from one of the agents that they do accept Post Office attestation.
