INIS web site update:

Applications for naturalisation received in September 2005 are currently being processed.

Is it true? If it is atleast we can see some light at the end of the tunnel.

What did you get from them? Regards Chirl ac3340, The INIS phone line is particularly difficult to get an answer as they only have the line open to deal with LTR on MWF 10:00am-12:30pm (it's under option 3 prompt when asked). If I have to call them I start dialing about 9:55am & keep going until the...

Last time I've heard they were still processing the applications from July 2006. My wife reapplied in December 2006 and...

Merry Christmas

Great Idea. I thought of suggesting the same few months back, but could not do so, worrying about the response. I hope everyone will do their bit sending greetings rather than complaining always in the forum.

I also suggest changing the subject of this thread to elicit more response.

New Immigration Minister

You all might be aware by this time that new Immigration Minister (Integration Policy) has been appointed yesterday.

It would be good idea to submit a representation to this new Minister, about the problems being faced by us, as he is responsible for immigration issues.
