Passport on marriage name

Can the applicant submit passport application to issue passport on married name while applying for passport after getting naturalisation certificate on the maiden name?

Lot of my friends applied in 2010 based on 5 years naturalisation have also received approvals last week. I think having long term residency helps. I wouldn't advise going thru Solicitors at this stage and also for new applicants. Going thru Solicitors have actually delayed the process for my friends because he forgot to respond to the queries from INIS in time. You can send reminders directly.
