Tried to call HCILondon a few times. But each time, after an hour of the recording telling me my call is very important to them, they cut me off :/

Dont think your sister would count. Presume as you say its children, spouse and your own parents.

However, you could add her OCI number and details in the extra info box. Might help in confirming your right to an OCI, since they approved her.

They wont take your passports, only the copies. They will take your birth certificates, marriage certificate and any other supporting documentation.
