Hi. I don't think HO refuse your visa because you have contact only 1 hour. Don't worry about this but if possible try to get contact without supervise than your case will be more strong. Anyway can you explain bit more why you have supervise contact. You should have without supervise.

If you allowed to see your kid than HO should grant you a visa. I think it does not a matter once a week or twice a week .
