Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

put it under "Other", yes. I really don't think those categories are THAT important, just an organisational tool to help both you and the caseworker. Plenty of people have uploaded everything in one category and others, like me, tried to use logical filtering but the caseworker will see everything ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I am going through SET(M) currently, also didn't get presented with consent form but printed, scanned and signed the one that was linked above, thinking it's better to present one form too much than one too few. I uploaded that scan to Sopra Steria so it's there in my uploaded docs. If it's not rel...

No problem at all! I just wish I had a good and decisive answer to give you. No worries at all! I will sign those forms that you sent to me (by the way, was this a link that you found on your own or was it posted on the forum?) I will keep you posted after my appointment tomorrow and can let you kn...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I'm sorry, I really don't know! Did I even post the link?! I am so busy cooking! https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/documents/family_consent.pdf That was the one someone posted recently but I have no idea if it is the correct one. Thank you for the link! I know it’s a busy time and sorry for ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I hope that someone who has recently applied for SET (M) will advise but I found this in a similar post concerning the declaration/consent form on this forum. Maybe if no one advises, it would be good to fill it out and when you go for your appointment, ask the staff at Sopra Steria if it should be...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

probably a silly question but regarding the £35 document checking extra service...how does Sopra Steria know I’ve completed the uploads? Or am I just required to have it complete within 2 days of appointment? Thank you Highly recommend not using the document checking service. All they do is check i...

Re: UKVI Digital Changes, No PEO/PSCs from October 2018?

Thanks for the info. I was able to finally scan items with perfect resolution below the 6MB restriction...with the help of my husband who had a few tricks to adjust the size, but keep picture quality the same. There was a lot of cutting and pasting and cropping which took most of our evening, but i...

Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

I am applying through Set M and just to be safe I have uploaded every single page of my passport (new and previous old one which had my fiancé visa) and my husband’s passport. It was very difficult to get the scanned pages down to under 6MB each. I’m not completely sure myself how my husband did it....

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

This is why I will be making an official complaint about the helpline, it's a warehouse of clowns. It's not their fault, they are badly trained and given no powers and poor information. The people themselves are generally ok, with a few failed middle managers thrown in for good measure. You could s...

Dear Swskum Many thanks for kind and elaborate information, I am so glad that I was seeking answer in this group. Your situation is exactly same as mine. It's such a shame for the sophisticated home office for publishing a new portal without any guidance... (Maybe they wanted us to hire solicitors ...

There were no appointments available anywhere in the...

Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

I should clarify, those who applied in November when the directive was quite obscure will probably be OK with applying earlier however, I think it’s pretty clear now that the application date and submission date are the same. In theory it should make sense as appointments should be available within ...
