Re: UKM application experience and timeline

Apologies CR001, I did not know that and I was not aware of what the UKM acronym meant. I will withdraw from this topic :) Yep same here, expecting her any minute now! With all due respect, this topic is for form UKM Registration (ie born before Jan 1983 to British born mothers and completely differ...

Re: Required Documents

No need to mention it in the extra bit, it is enough to just submit the brp. Hi, Just a quick question. Under required documents, they are asking to submit the BRP and also asking to submit the proof of permission to stay in the UK permanently (for this again the proof is BRP). So submitting BRP is ...

Re: Referees URGENT

As long as the 2 referees are not related to each other or to you and your wife i.e not family members then this should be fine. Your original post is slightly confusing. But from what I understand the 2 husbands are your referees and as long as they are not related to you or to your wife or to each...

Re: Applying for naturalisation with an expired passport

Reasonably speaking, I believe you may need other documents to prove that you havent been absent during the period starting from your passport’s expiry date. Not quite sure what type of documents is accepted. I would imagine payslips, bank statements, HMRC related correspondence ... Hi there I have ...

Re: Documents required for limited company owners

I think you’re confusing between ILR requirements and Naturalisation. There is no need to provide CT600. The only thing required is recent self assessment and statement account... Thanks for such a quick response! So corporation tax account statement is that the report that my accountant prepared an...

Re: Documents required for limited company owners

Guys, if you follow the instruction in the online application: If you are a director or and self- employed and you are married to a British citizen all you need to provide is a tax statement from hmrc and your last return. I dont think it requests your company corporate tax documents. As per my appl...

Re: Naturalisation Referree Help

You need 1 professional that can be of any nationality (Pharmacist manager is acceptable I believe) And another referee who is British (I think his/her age should be 25 or older but please check) the 2nd referee doesn’t have to be a professional. Regards Hi, I am trying to apply for naturalisation f...

Re: delay more than 10 months

I don’t think tax amendments is a problem unless the applicant benifited from a tax change to aquire ILR and then amended it to reduce his tax liability. Tax amendments is an issue with Tier 1 applicants applying for ilr. Sent on below email nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk i suggest you ...

You attach your photos to the form, have the referees sign the forms and scan the signed forms with your photos on it.
