Just to update you all the I got my ILR BRP today!!! I applied online Nov 19, i was eligible to apply on Nov 22 (28 days before my 5 year anniversary) My appointment is Dec 12th. I explained on my cover letter that I applied too early online and that the day of my appointment is within the 28 days...
Yes, I'm SET(M) ILR since Nov 30th and still waiting rang the helpline now and escalated for THIRD time. Spoke to really friendly guy who was super apologetic. He said he'd mark the escalation as urgent, whatever good that will do. I don't think, after this clown-driven farce, that they could reject...
I had some spare time so have made a list of all the cases on here in the last few weeks. There does seem to be a lot more responses since middle of last week, so maybe they're getting on top of everything. This is not 100% perfect. I guess a few will have had responses and not posted in here about ...
Tiny update. Reminder: SET(M) application, online form submitted Nov 12th, Sopra Steria appointment Nov 30th, I am among c.20 on these boards who have applied before the 'qualification period minus 28 days' (I've counted them!) so that adds a whole other level of anxiety to the entire process. Re-es...

application: 12th Nov Mark Lane, London Premium appointment: 30th Nov just called UKVI and escalated. I also chatted to the woman about the whole situation. 1. They are totally snowed under with work and she said at least half the calls they're getting at the moment are dealing with slow decisions....

Do we qualify for a refund as the HO has failed its service standard of 24 hours? they don't even treat you as if you are eligible for any visa when you call the number.they snap back at you. do you think they will give refund? I will 100% be applying for a refund - but only after all this is done....
I went to Mark Lane, London on 30th November and haven't had a peep out of HO, not a call, email or pigeon. Most others seem to be in the same situation though, so I'm not sure what is to be gained by calling the UKVI helpline at this point. I think I'll contact DX though. Have you contacted DX. I ...
I typed out in Word a 2 paragraph statement, paraphrasing: our savings come from employment in the last five years. They have been held at the required level for at least six months (as shown by accompanying statements) and are immediately accessible. We have not made use of any loans and have not b...

yep, one of the things I tried was to log in and see if my docs were all still there, it seems they are for both those of us without decisions yet and also for those who have received news. I guess at some point, that disk space that has been allocated to each applicant will expire, but it might wel...
I'm not calling or emailing anyone anymore, I just don't think it's worth it, they evidently are having huge issues somewhere. I'll track progress of others on here, if people from last/this week's appointments start getting emails/calls and we don't, then I'll do something. Haven't even bothered wi...
the DX courier 'live chat' seems to be not working at all - just to add to our sheer pleasure 8) I've been asking them through private messages on Twitter. They'll check for you if you just give them your address, they'll let you know if there's anything on the way, although it seems like UKVI is th...
this thread is a perfect illustration of the saying "misery loves company". I have to say, I'm slightly less anxious today compared to two days ago because I see others in the same boat. They are in a mess and no doubt there are hundred of "24hr decision" applications in a log ja...
I'd also like to add that this is something the HO has seen a big spate of recently, with the paper forms being withdrawn and the new, faster appointment system being introduced. I think I've counted about 8 examples on this forum just in the last couple of weeks, so you can multiply that number eno...
this has happened to quite a few people on here, me included Here are a couple of threads worth looking at: https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/submitted-online-form-today-have-i-applied-to-early-t267755.html https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/set-l...
it all seems very random. I had super priority appointment in London on Friday, nothing heard. In the other thread, someone went to exact same centre the day after and they've already had email confirming the visa has been granted. On the call centre, it's the same. I had my details taken by super ...
I'm currently waiting on an answer for my ILR application, so my stress/anxiety levels are already through the roof and halfway to Mars. woke this morning thinking about this question. We answered 'yes' to this. Was this a really stupid thing to do? Surely they don't see that and decide "oh rig...

I contacted the helpline just now, going through options 4 and 1. Had appointment Friday morning in London premium centre, so it's been four calendar days now. Fortunate enough to get someone who was happy to take all my details and she said she'd raise a ticket. BUT at the end, she said it might be...
had appointment in Premium Centre London on Friday. Not expecting anything until tomorrow or Wednesday at the earliest, but haven't had any email at all and reading the previous post above, should we have got something? An email saying "we have received biometrics/documents"?
