I didnt know that at alll. hmmm...as per your point , it doesnt matter what was the husband status before .....as long as the wife has BC and the husband has been here for the past 3 years legally then he can apply as soon as he gets his ILR based on the fact that his wife is a BC.... wh...

Guys ..this is really interesting .. so let us say ...wife gets BC first after her 12 months ILR stay..and then husband gets his ILR(both entered on 2 different visas. No dependant visa) after 5 wp.... At this point , can the husband apply for BC just becuase his Wife is a BC and he had 5 yrs legal ...

that is what i am wondering about ...if you are with an employer under workpermit for 5 years, you dont need to show p60...this is what you are saying i guess....

thats interesting senthil78...are you saying , if you have worked for one employer for a Continues 5 year, you dont need to provide p60s....is that right? where did you find that from ?

if you look at the supporting documents, It is not mentioned that P60 is a mandatory thing when you apply for ILR..
your pay slips will have info about NI contributions & Tax deducations anyway

Thats interesting....ok how about some one who had LTR for 8 years on various things (student, wp ..etc)...end of 8th year, if the person changes his visa status to spouse of settled person(ILR)..can he not apply for ILR after 9 year 11 months ?..was his 10 year validity vanished here ?

why do you want to submit payslips which is 4 years ago...

i am not sure....but can you not submit latest 6 months pay slips and latest 6 months bak statement ..was that not enough ?

I am not too sure if the system has been written to validate the ILR due date & then email the ref id to the applicant. mine is due after 3rd week of nov'09 as entered in the 4 week Dec 2005 .

its funny...the web site didnt even validate the name , dob when i had tried to reboook...i did rebook but still havent got the email ...
