I emailed the general citizenship department contact on their website.

I just got my passport stamped today, so am gonna email them and post a copy of the same tomorrow.

Long Term Residency (5years Visa)

I have been in Ireland since 2011 and submitted my application for long term residency (5tears visa). Can someone explain how long the process take, or how long it took to receive acknowledgement letter for your application. I submitted my application on the 7th January and haven’t heard anything yet.
