Re: ILR to BRP application queries

If you had ilr visa on your expired passport and you want to change it to a BRP then you will need to apply for NTL. Same application form is used to update, replace brp. Below is link for it: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/biometric-residence-permit-replacement-service?_ga=2.25646...

Re: ILR to BRP application queries

My understanding is yes, you can use combination of documents to prove continuous stay. If you want to spend £35 extra then let ukvcas scan the documents otherwise you can do it yourself. You can submit the application now and book appointment for 3-4 weeks after. Should give you sufficient time to ...

Re: ILR to BRP application queries

Once you have completed and submitted the application, you will need to book an appointment with UKVCAS. UKVCAS will give you an option to either upload the document or they can scan for you for a fee. You can upload documents till your appointment. After the appointment your passport will be return...

Re: Sister and her children visa refused...

It wasnt an unfair decision. Because for example a person earning 40,000 monthly and all of sudden 5lakh is deposited without providing any explanation where that money came from. Thats a straight No. Unless you can provide an explanation of financials and provide strong ties to home country, re-app...

Re: Visitor Visa Refused -

I think main objection in your case is the additional income. If you can demonstrate this clearly then she can re-apply again.

If she is working and have savings why would husband pay £1500? Keep it simple.

Also write a cover letter explaining personal and financial situation.

Re: Sister and her children visa refused...

You can re-apply answering the objections raised by ECO.
Unusual amount always raises concerns. Did they have 5lakh saved as cash or in savings account?

Eco dont like cash unless you can show where that cash came from.

Re: Transferring ILR from expired passport?

You can opt for super priority service (£800 extra) within uk and get decision within 2 days.

My understanding is you have to be in uk to apply for ilr vignette to brp.

Re: ILR visa to BRP postal waiting times.

Regarding Passport Return: I think the passport will be returned after they have scanned at the biometrics appointment. This was the case for my wife when she applied for flr m in july 19. Regarding documents: I am relying on her entry/exit stamps in all her passport plus any document i can found e...

You should take all the documents even if you have self uploaded. If there is some issue during document upload at least you can give them the documents at the appointment.

If the person accompanying her requires a visa too then yes two separate applications.

If she doesn't require visa then passport and visa copy should be fine.

In the refusal it states that your dad is getting a regular income of 366324 yearly. Where is he getting that income from If he is retired? Pension? Please list what documents were included with the application. Its worth attaching a detailed cover letter about his income, assets, property etc. Had ...
