I don't think you need to transfer ILR to BRP as long as you keep your existing passport and new passport together when travelling

Yes because when the bank statement is printed it will show both your and her name. All you have to do is explain the deposits with relevant receipts of transfer(if using transferwise/westerunion). Mainly ECO will look into her personal, social & economic circumstances. If shes doesn't have any regular income/assets, it could be difficult in my opinion but i might be wrong. It could be due to holiday rush, taking them so long. Normally in my experience family visits are decided within 10 days but recently took more than 10 days. Hopefully you will receive their email tomorrow. Good luck

When we applied for in-laws on 9th may, we received an email on 29th may saying decision has been made. But the application was refused. Now we have re-applied again, biometrics done on 24th june, so have to wait until we get the decision email. I think you should receive something tomorrow. If you ...

I applied for my in-laws at chandigarh on 9th may and received decision email on 29th may. So would suggest give it today/tomorrow.

Unfortunately their visa was refused so re-applied on 24th june.... only received text from vfs on 24th june stating application forwarded to british high commission.

Hi,

My nephew applied for unaccompanied visit visa and was refused. The officer was not satisfied with adequate aarangements for travel, care and care in the UK. Can someone tell me what documents do we need to prove this?
