Re: Naturalisation application - am I an overstayer?

You were legally in the UK on your return under the EEA family permit, provided your wife/partner had an initial or ext...

Re: British Citizenship Refused - based on Good Character

This good character requirement which actually is a Tory political tool & on this basis any application can be refused .There isn't any definition of good character requirement & most refusals come due to this. It is injustice & misuse of power. I think there is a rota system how many people should...

Re: British Citizenship / Overstay

I haven't applied yet .I might or I might leave UK due its injustice immigration system. If you haven't worked during the period of overstay & can prove that by just answering the question the way it is best then ultimately according to guidance overstaying can be disregarded .As you have been here...

Re: British Citizenship / Overstay

Hello SamFar I'm on same boat & same year I got refugee status & then ILR. Re: Naturalisation after ILR abased on domestic violence and overstay period

Asking for a friend. ILR was granted based on DV. Initially entered the UK via 2.5yr spouse visa that was curtailed due to her partner lying to home office that she fled. Do you think the Naturalisation application will be unsuccessful due to the period of staying illegally because of the curtailme...

You can go to high court for Judicial Review if home office refuses your application for citizenship. Even high court's who have power but rarely apply it .They simply don't use their power & let the home office play it's game.

Nobody in the Tory Crook Party would even give a damn to this report .The system is corrupt & money oriented .Expecting justice from Tories is same like asking crocodiles for forgiveness when stuck in water.

Hi all, Rather frustratingly, HO have refused my parents' application for a 6 months visa for a second time.
