Re: Are Childrens Parent's Birth Certificates required for FLR

Just one other change I noticed. The payment has increased since the end Jan 2019 from 1033.00 GBP to the current price of 1052.20 GBP "Payment XXXXXX application on a Family Route 1052.20 GBP" So maybe they have upped the fees and changed the Birth Certificate requirements??? Has anyone else notice...

Are Childrens Parent's Birth Certificates required for FLR

Dear All, Currently, over a number of weeks, I have been putting together the FLR online application. The checklist did ask me, at the end Jan 19, to provide our children's (UK citizens, who are not applying) parents birth certificates. So I have obtained these. After further revising the form, the ...

Re: UK Dependent Baby Born and Still Overseas - Online Form Problem

As my (British) child is not in UK, when I came to answer this question which I could not leave blank or put a future date:

When did your child first enter the UK?

I tried to leave blank, the online form said in red text "Enter Date of Birth". So I did and put an explanation later.

Re: English Reqt FLR(M)-NARIC

Many thanks for your reply. That was the conclusion that I reached initially after reading the rules. I.e. original statement would be acceptable if accepted in a previous successful application.

Re: English Reqt FLR(M)-NARIC

Just to clarify, the SOC was accepted for EC in 2016, now we need one for FLR. NARIC have changed their designs / processes. Question is, can I reprint old one (ask NARIC to send a new certificate). Or do I now have to go through the Red Route. The degree was taught in US so my understanding is that...

Re: UK Dependent Baby Born and Still Overseas - Online Form Problem

Thank you for your reply physicsskate. Sorry my original post was not clear. I am applying for a FLR(M) for my wife. I understand that the child is British and will just need a UK passport. However, my child's details need to be mentioned on my wife's FLR application under the "Not Applying Children...

English Reqt FLR(M)-NARIC

Dear All, My wife obtained Entry Clearance in 2016. English requirement was met by NARIC statement of comparability that deemed wife's US degree is UK degree equivalent (as in US, it was taught in English). We obtained the NARIC certificate before NARIC red / blue route introduction. I understand th...
