You made it very clear now and it make sense to me! thanks a lot! in this case, what should I put as the first date I entered UK? July 2014? or Jan 2015 which is when I started to work in UK? If I should put July 2014, then how can they tell that I didn't have an activity? - based on my P60 they kno...

Re: Trying to understand when 5 years for (PR)

Thanks again :)

There is no much room to put both dates, is that ok if I put the first address with explanation outside the box?
I'm not sure how to write it in just 1 option they provide.

I read the guide but it's not so clear for me, every time they use the terms of sponsor I get confused. Re: Trying to understand when 5 years for (PR)

Thanks a lot!
Yes my intention was to move to UK, so if I put both date it will be on the safe side? or it doesn't really make a difference since it's only less than 6 months difference?
(I was in UK also for another week in October 2014)

Re: Trying to understand when 5 years for (PR)

Hi
Thanks for the explanation, I really appreciate it :)

So in case I'll apply for PR (or what ever they will name it), what should I put in Section 5.1 (Date you first entered the UK)?

First time I visited UK or first time I enter to move to UK? so I'm really confused here
Jan 2015?
July 2014?

I've been going back to my home country (outside EEA even though I have polish passport) to arrange other things like moving of my furniture etc. Regarding exercise treaty rights, I'm not sure I understand. Can someone help me to understand if I'm eligible and for what?

Before explaining my specific case, I'd like to say that I've read all over and tried to find an answer, but couldn't find one that match to mine. The Gov website suggest that I can apply after 3 years if my spouse is British, but need ILR/PR/Settled/resident card etc so I wanted to ask here if some...
