i have read the document and it asks for 20 letter in their joint names (this wont be possible as they live in his parents house so all utilities are in his parents name) and untill now he stil has not applied for her national insurance card but did register her at the doctors when he was their also...

what is needed to prove for ILR

if there is a married couple and the wife is on a spouse visa but both of them have been out of the country say for about months what do they need as proof will the exit and entry stamps into various countries be enough to prove that both of them were togeather ?

i was just reading the leaflet in regards to the above and it says there a person is eligible for certain benefits if living with family who is EEA nationsl

(does that mean if a person who is on a spouse visa is married to a uk national can claim those certain benefits ?

the parent of the person from what i recall was on a student visa but the child was recieving child benefit ( i dont know how that was possible)

a person was born in britain in 1986 has a british birth cert ,to parents who are and were at the time of the person birth malaysian citizen

can this be of any use for immigration purposes in the uk ?
