If it's the same place/country, but the name have since changed, your certificate will not be amended. You should have given them correct name in the first place or obtained a new birth certificate showing correct place of birth. They will be able to change the details on the certificate if the mis...

Got my Naturalization Certificate today...Applied in. Nov 2016... The longest awaiting award also goes to me.... 4 years.....

I didn't hire a solicitor, but personally threatened them on my own as its now 4 years since I applied, Awaiting for Ceremony and declaration since Feb 2020. It may cost around 500 to 1200.

I applied in 2016, waiting since last 4 years. Have been approved in Feb 2020, Awaiting Ceremony since then.
