Re: Letter from employer ...help me friends..

Guidance note, para. 122 says different story. One should not claim earning which is paid as reimbursement. (If earned it will be taxed, obviously) It's trying to cheat system, in my opinion, may well be get away with it Not telling the truth is not same as lying . But yes, I agree with you on this...

This will put of out of your misery. If you consider the gross pay(without travel expense) than its net pay will not mat...

ramesh babu, In India there is mummy to cook food and take care of you, so even if you are late no worries, do you wash clothes, ironing, do grocery shopping, cook food. But in UK you have to do everything on your own, mummy is not here. So here timings are 8am to 4pm and after that you do the maid...

Everything is answered already. But, I want to add about chest x-ray. It's not compulsory. If you do not carry it, you will spend extra half-hour. So don't worry about it.

About using friends address, that's perfectly fine. Many people start here as PG and use those addres.

ghulbhai is using exteme emotions, but, I think , it is wrong to expect employer to act in your favour, when you do not. Remember, OP want to be releived in 15 days, being onsite, that's unprofessional . And want to "buy" notice period. I agree with ghulbhai, notice period is not only about money, ...

I've been in my over draft in one bank account but I recently opened another account in September. I've not had minimum 800 (I'm applying from within UK) for the last 3 months in either account. But in the past 3 weeks in my new account I have over 3000 (I didn't get paid by some clients on time). ...

Re: Expiry

It expires 3 years from the day it was approved, which is what annoys me a bit, as I could have gotten an extra month. But ultimately in my case it's extremely unlikely I'll be here that long so don't care, just a heads up for others. Can you ask them to post-date it? Thats really unfortunate For i...

OT is taxable and need to be shown in salary slip, I don't know, why it is not shown in your case. Which is illegal , I assume.
