One can claim any number of months(less than or equal to 12 months and within last 15 months, should be among 12 conse...

Re: Tier 1 Dependent Visa rejected

There is no proof at all that you have been in a relationship with your claimed spouse or that the relationship is still subsisting. I think you are just little unfortunate. Probably, a recent photograph of both of would have done work. Actually, document requirement in this area are vague, and ofte...

I never bothered to get UK number while in India for jobsearch. It was easy than trying to make stories. I used my mobile number back home. And manag...

Good luck with your decision. But, with every country there are lot's of positives and negatives. It's up to individual to decide.

No, she isn't. Your visa and stay , is tied to main applicant(her). Not other way around.

No matter how you manage your family, but as far as visa is concered, you are her dependent.

But yes, companies usually apply for the Tier 2 visa themselves to have total control on you and treat you as their slave - such is the never changing mentality of Asian companies and most of us dont have any other option  KP I think , it's little harsh on companies. Probably, having tier2 fit...

Unfortunately, I think, I'm wrong again, and you cannot use uplift factor, it clearly says, The country in which the applicant has physically undertaken the work , rather than his/her nationality, the currency payment is made in or the country in which payme...
