Well this was expected, always being in a "state of denial". This clearly shows, you have not read documents. I cannot see, with re-adjustment in earning and uplift factor, how T1 applications will be any more than current level. Can you tell why the Tier-1 rules were changed in the first place and...

Re: MAC endorses immigration routes for highly skilled migra

So, they are planning to change the rules again. Planning to allow the flood of T-1 applications again and the most needed cashflow along with it. What made you think, that it will open flood of T1 applications. Have you gone through documents fully ? It is certainly double standards game from rip-...

Re: .

Hi gotcha, Tha is the main question. Can there be a gap in those 12 months? Yes, there can be. But, in this case, you will be claiming less no of months not 12. Infact, if one earns qualifying money in 1 month, that's fine ,too. But, claim period should not exceed 12 months. eg. If your claim perio...

Re: Break in earnings - Please help

You can use all or part of the November 08 - July 09 and October 09 - Dec 09 earnings not a problem as they fall in the last 15months and is a part of 12consecutive months.. if you apply before march end.. If earning period is starting Nov-8 , then last month can claimed is Oct-09. Not beyond that....

Re: Previous Earnings

Hello, Does it meant the earning have to be 12 months in a row, one by one? It's has to be betn these 12 months. You can have less than 12 months r I can use for example Jan - Feb 2009 + April 2009 to Jan 2009 in total 12 months with one month gap Mar 2009. No, that's 13 months. Either you have to ...

Finally we will continue to generate revenue to fund the transitional impacts of migration. The Mig...
