Tried on an iPad, still the same mate... do you mean to say you can go to the

Nope, it's the same... This is just ridiculous they can't bring the site up in last 3-4 days... i guess it's the way of them keeping the number of applications down.

Its required to get OCI and they will take the original. They are two different things.
If you were of Indian origin before your acquired foreign nationality, you need to submit surrender certificate even for Tourist visa
