Criminal conviction means any crime where u get court judgement against u.

Just got a reply from Dept of Justice through a Solicitor, where we had threatened them that we will proceed with judicial Review after receiving copy of my file under FOI. Did not get more than a template response from their private secretary "I wish to acknowledge receipt of your email dated ..... They wont tell u but why u want to change? On EUfam u can travel together without Visa in any eu country. For stamp 4 they might ask u gnib card fee. U can find Minster of justice and Minster of immigration and Integration email address and write them, in summer I heard they will have cabinet reshuffle so it's good idea if u wrote them, I did same couple of years back.

w2 -- is for lawyer or justice of peace to sign and witness your declaration - you are not filling here nothing. Also you need to send original passport, social card, no need for self address envelope, also birth certificate true copy or original. I sent original and they return it later on. :lol: ...

Which application? If its citizenship application then no it wont effect her citizenship even if ur on social benefits for long time. Saw many citizenship applicants on dole and they never had trouble. I know a couple both on social but got passport in 8 months. They might ask u explanation but no t...
