Re: MN1 has been 6 months now

I see that the more the moderators indulge such questions, the more persistent and demanding they become. When they receive an email telling them to wait, why are they so inconsiderate to keep badgering with the same questions? If HO does not give an acceptable response do they expect people in a fo...

Re: Address where to send documents for UK Passport

As far as I know, only one referee is required for a passport application, two for naturalization. Have they changed the requirements?

Re: Citizenship application with 6 month off for travelling

The rules require you are not out of the country for more than 90 days in the last year. I think it is also required to be in the country 90 days per year every year, you may just fall out of the limit.

Re: Naturalization Application delayed for over a year

Sounds like you work for them and get annoyed by my question, simple if you don’t like my question or whatever you can stay quite, no need to give your opinions, cz i didn’t mention you to answer me,i never mention about system or i didn’t like system or whatever so mind your own business, if you h...

Re: Naturalization Application delayed for over a year

You have a "right" to message them 3 times a day. But you dont have a right to receive a response. And the application is expensive. Its a user fee which is optional. If you dont like the system you need not apply. For some reason they have held up your application and they would send the same reply...

Re: British passport rejected

Its pretty easy. Use miscellaneous form and apply for change of name. That should take a week. Send the passport to HMPO, get the British passport in 2 weeks and then surrender the Indian passport. You say there is a mistake in the name. Its your personal decision, but why did u not correct the mist...

Re: British passport rejected

You are confused between British passport and british nationality. I dont know what she is actually refused. If her nationality application is refused, she is still an Indian national and can get her name corrected. It appears you have made no actual enqueries with the Indian consulate and have deci...

It means just that!!! They are unable to give you any updates. Do you think HO will be sending people updates every step?

Re: delay more than 10 months

Next week I will be celebrating my 1st anniversary of the Naturalisation application. Below is an email I wrote to Home Office last week. Dear All, I applied for British Citizenship on the 6th of August 2018. Well, it has been one year now and all I know is that 'Enquiries on my application are sti...

Re: delay more than 10 months

By emailing them It's really puzzling how some applications can take up to a year, while others have received an approval within a couple of weeks! Home office just lying to all applicants. They pick few applications randomly for checks and all others are process without any check. This cannot happ...

Re: Citizenship requirements

Thanks CR001 for your quick reply. I’m planning to apply in next month. Is there any requirement that the applicant should be physically here in UK on the same day of 5 years before? Many thanks, B. You know the answer already. Its mentioned in so many posts here and you probably have read the guid...

Re: Passport paper application

This is a joke!!!! Moderators sometimes act servile and bend backwards to explain in detail the questions. Sometimes just ignoring their repetitive questions is a better way to answer. Just a couple of days ago Casa responded to a whole lot of questions regarding passport and the OP asked the same q...

Re: Emial reply from nationality mmst fmt

This whole thread is like a child asking questions. Casa and graphite have already informed you that you can expect only generic responses and nobody knows. Yet you persist in asking what exactly that means. Its about time you learn to be patient and wait until ur case is decided by a caseworker. Yo...

This has been answered previously. Please search for it. Suggestion: Can we not have a section for Indian enquiries only? They keep spamming the forum with asking the same questions over and over again. I'm sure it's a cultural thing but I find it rather annoying. Wow what an attitude!!! Why is thi...

Your non EU passport should be stamped showing all your entries and departures. That is sufficient. No, I have not been getting any stamps on my passport. That is why i raised the question. Non EU passports are stamped on arrival and departure. I dont know how you did not get stamped. Its good to a...

Referee one professional (from list of accepted professions) the other British national both over 25 yrs of age. Hardly any GPs or health care workers are willing to sign. so there is a lot of flexibility.
