Employer Refuse to Accept HSMP Visa as Full time work visa

My employers are giving me serious problem because my HSMP visa says Resident Permit- Limited leave to Remain. They insisted that the accompanying Visa Letter did not state that i have the right to work more than 40hours. And I stated to them that I have the right to work full time. They initially t...

Yes you can work part, to make your earnings exceed the 20,000 threshold for your earning income band.

Also am currently on seg (currently igs) too and there is no limit to the numbers of hours you can work. if you want you can do 1000hours per week.

cheers

when you said recently blessed. How long ago was that. because i know that no airline will take a baby that is less than 6 months of age on board. So you might want to check first if the baby is less than 6 months old.

Hi there, Thanks... Can you please clarify whether your past-earnings were in UK? If yes a p-60 I beleive would only cover a year. If no, 1) Is your claimed 12 month period included in the tax returns? 2) Do you have 12 months payslips (if computer printed, signed and stamped) If your answer is yes...

It is mandatory to submit tax returns but you should NOT have ticked the box in Q33 in the Previous Earnings Section. You should still have submitted the tc, leave the box blank and then seek exceptional consideration and then attach a letter from your employer stating your earnings for the period ...

Hi there. This result is what I would have expected them to do. You should only send a P60 (April to March) if your earnings match the exact dates. Otherwise, you should only send bank statements to match the dates of your salary claimed. You then do not need to send any tax documents. I do not thi...
