Re: Impact of not attending to Premium Service

As we are not yet ready with the documents to attend the interview on 12-11-2012 she tried to call UKBA to cancel the appointment but not able t...

Re: ILR 28 days calculation

Hi, MY first HSMP was granted from 10/01/2008 to 10/01/2010. I have entered UK on 10/01/2008 for the first time. Later I have extended my visa on Tier1 with date of issue 11/01/2010 to valid until 11/01/2013. When can I apply for ILR the earliest ? I am thinking to apply on 13/12/2012 or 14/12/2012...

Your 5 years ILR eligibility starts from your date of first entry into the UK which in your case is the 20th of Feb am afraid so the earliest you can apply will be around the same date in January

In SECTION 6 - IMMIGRATION HISTORY there are two questions I am not sure how to answer: 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. I got UK Visa on 16/01...

I am currently in UK on the HSMP visa, approval obtained after April 2006 but before November 7 2006. I have 3 kids all born here, I understand that they are not subject to immigration control as long as they do not leave the country. Can I exclude them from my ILR application? I believe you can ex...

My understanding is, they will consider minimum critera to qualify not the salary level. For example. If I got my visa extended under the salary band 35+ though my requirement was only 30K. I will be able to qualify next time, if my income falls under the band 30, as long as i am qualifying and the...
