Old emails & old bank statements are enough to quickly trace the previous travel history.
I will root for emails but highly doubt there will be any - many local travel agents tend to be paid by cash especially if they’re of the same nationality and are known to the person

Re: SAR request

I just get the dates of all the entry stamps on passport and receipt from e-gates into Excel and sort them by dates. Your husband should have entry stamps on his passport for every time he entered the UK border. And perhaps his home country border as well. If he uses e-passport via automated gate t...

Re: SAR request

Chasing the SAR will not be held against the individual in future applications. I fear you may well be disappointed in the amount of travel information you will glean. Visa dates, you will get that, entry information to the UK - that is a maybe, exit information almost a certain no, unless deported...

Re: SAR request

We had considered that, thank you. And I wouldn’t have made a SAR on his behalf had I have had any evidence of the travel history.

I suppose my question still remains unanswered.

Re: SAR request

Thanks Seagul, does the contact apply to SAR requests too? That’s my question, that the SAR is due on 6 June 2019, and if I don’t hear anything, should I contact or wait it out? I was told if I contact again re the SAR it’ll raise questions as to why I’m pestering (even though it’s purely to confirm...

As the spouse application required travel history, I’ve made a SAR request to UKBA on behalf of my husband to request full details of any visas issued, type, refusals etc etc The date to respond by (15 days after receipt of supporting documents) is around 6 June. Don't over stress. Simply attach previous screen shots with Irish number and present with Pakistani number. Remember these alone are not sufficient towards meeting subsisting relationship requirement rather a lot more evidences usually are needed such as wedding & honeymoon pictures, family picture...

Admin: I have posted this in my other post but I’m not getting a response, it may be there isn’t an answer or the other post is full of other posts that it’s getting lost. My query: My husband and I contact via what’s app which was registered to his Irish number. On return to Pakistan he had retaine...

Re: EU Treaty Rights / U.K. spouse application

Hi everyone I have posted the below into immigration board for families but I’m not sure if it’s the right place. Here’s a breakdown I would really appreciate some advice from a senior member. After much nagging with the RoI about the withdrawal of the eu treaty rights, they’ve now come back and sa...

Re: Nikkah Nama attestation

Application form

Good morning all Some clarity please Does the application form require dates of travel history in D:M:Y format or M:Y format? Whilst I will be able to receive full dates via UKBA from a SAR request... I’m considering whether we will have to include full dates for EU Treaty in RoI or if that will go ...

Re: Nikkah Nama attestation

Hi everyone

Can anyone guide me to where I can find rules/regs for RoI immigration?

Similar to what we have from the UKBA/Home Office

I’ve trawled everywhere but can’t find anything relating to withdrawal requests/withdrawal of appeal requests

Re: Nikkah Nama attestation

How odd. Without having too much knowledge of this, could you maybe speak to them on the phone with your name, and reference numbers etc and try to find out what exactly they are getting at? It may be the minister "proposes to continue" because you can't withdraw at this stage and so they are just ...
