Till now I think change of status from stamp2 is the only point they refused applications

I arrived 2008
My last stamp2 expired 2013
Applied 24 oct
Decision made 11 july
Ask me tax document in jan
Second time ask me for job offer letter proofs of immigration efforts school certificates and tax clearance cert in may

Got my decision letter today and its positive. Grant me 4s.

Nothing my side. My online portal updated last thursday(completed) waiting for letter may be this week.
Somebody told me that if its refused you have 20 days for review/appeal.

Too lazy ..... average 6 cases a day with this speed they can only finish all cases in march/april next year.
